The Fe Dance!

I like 'gabba' a bit more than this.
Excellent!

Hah, think hardstyle is hard to gain acceptance around here?

Try dubstep! Most my tracks never see 3.5

SessileNomad responds:

i dont think hardstyle will ever become popular around ng, uz most ppl are used to hearing cascada crap, that and then you got the average trance stuff

dubstep???

explain

Unleashed on carpet floor

Very well done!

I popped my subs in and started shufflin. Yeeeeah

1:20 - 2:20 was insane!
The hats were highly compacted, I liked that.
I think the last chorus of the synths should be twice as long, it would fit better.

SessileNomad responds:

thanks for the review, i thought about making that last part longer, so mabye i could try it out

peace

This is awesome!

I'm loving the downtempo grooves and bass winds!

Reminded me of some of Flying Lotus's earlier work.

What is the lead bass synth?
3xosc?

ALso give this a good mixdown, the lead bass could be UBER wobbly and full of bass! meybe layer a sub-sine to it?

Zoso-sg responds:

Ableton slapped me with a copyright violation error right after i saved for the first time, and i hadnt had a chance to put any finishing touches blah! i had to hit record in another program and record my stereo mix while it was playing in ableton and i added some of the little touches live when i did that ha ill get around to making this better when i just cough up the ableton dough

Slick concept!!

I like the lead, and it flows very well. I just wish you can someday make a redux of this with a professional take!

@ Light-Tim..

Are you serious? This track is nice, its zippy n' all- dont get me wrong-, but it is hopelessly cliche to say that its possibly near the best damned thing you have ever heard... Have you ever perchance browsed past a few artists (yep, ARTISTS) like Spor, Nu:Tone, Telemetrik, Chase & Status, Niabu, Noah D, Neural Fusion, or Noisia? Sure, people argue that they are just popular names, but hell, they earned their status because they one day were starters like us, just looping samples and winding super sines allll around. Big ups. I'm ranting because I am mooody.

Basically ng constantly slobbered-upon by a thirty foot collie named "TRANCE" who doesn't realise it when other dogs are soooooo subtly sexy. Its for the good of the people, THE GOOD OF

PEOPLE THE GOOD
OF PEOPLE GOOD THE
GOOD THE OF PEOPLE

axeFX responds:

im quite aware my music is lacking in "proffesionalism", but hopefully some day ill sound somewat like the artists you mentioned. I only know noisia, but im sure the other ones are just as great. Thx for the review

Prime Re-Master!

Shivers from this one bro.

This is way past newgrounds.
Thank you for sharing with us!

Kingbastard responds:

no worries, i would love to put more stuff up here, but I hate the zero-bombing and need to self promote so much that I just can't do it:)
Your reviews, always appreciated

Sketchy Industrial. Hmm.

I get a small chuckle from the title, 'PsychoPATIO'.

OH NO CINDY! THATS NO PATIO! THAT IS A BITCH-FUKKIN PATIO, IT'LL EATCHA!

Reminds me of Glover for N64, this time with Whippits (not just shrooms and acid.)

Lets see, sound dynamic..
The beat is minimal, dismal at times, yet well balanced and syncopated. I think the claps fill a nice spot in whatever it was that you aimed at accomplishing, yet I think something besides that cliche clap sound would fill in better, maybe a stuttering snare or some hi-hats. Get Creative with sequencers and sound rolls!

Avant sounds, keep it up.
Thanks for your review earlier, check me up now n then.

ValorousFogey responds:

Thank you! Well, I like the clap, but that's just how I feel about it. Glad you like it overall!

I've added you to my favs. See ya

Much to learn wee-one

Quickhint:

Sake Vsti's and other Synths/Samples and start to integrate them into dynamic FX channels.

What New-Milkman said, FILTERS for some wikked bass.
If your looking for examples, just hit up some of your favorite DNB artists.

Subfocus, Noisia, Spor, Naibu, Nu Tone are all top-notch!

Nurren responds:

Ahem... I'm somewhat familiar with filters and some of the other good little knobs.

You seem to be forgetting Paragonx9, Nubbinownz, AloysiusRexford, Peptotrippin', Xerochi, and there are quite a few others.

Bangaaaaaa

I love the garage/dubstep sounding buildup, its some wicked sounds man!

Your patterns and the overall arrangement is very well done- minimal Yet solid!
I am impressed!

Some of the sounds could be balanced over a bit better, compressed full for the sound.. Damn, the intensity is here!

(Check out WASPxt or WASP in FL! It's great synth to practice on!)

Hit up my latest lil' demo. It's some heavy stuff.

HarvestThrone responds:

Awesome man thanks for the review! Yeah I haven't been able to work through the mixing or anything yet, but I will definitely keep what you've said in mind. And I'll definitely try the Wasps. I have an analog saw bass I use from there, but haven't really worked with much else. Thanks again for the review, and I'll definitely check out your music now. :D

Heavy Steppa!!

Oh Nommity nom nom!

IF you're ever down for a collab I'm down.

I think the bass could use a clearer distortion and mangy effect hung over some acid-drops in between those delightful steppa rolls.
Amen Brother, check out my latest dub shit.

Spikrodd responds:

this is still in works. like im violently trying to get this where i want it.

anddd

I smell samples of lead'usu evrywhere.

BlackVen0m responds:

I got all my samples from a site that allows free distribution of samples and loops but i got loops and started disecting them with Audacity and then used FL8 Studio FFX edition to make the song using the sounds i got. So don't accuse me of anything about the samples!
